STORY LINE STARTER
She had the really disgusted look on her face. She clearly didn't want to be there. Lesley was not looking at the jury. She tried not to look at anyone, but she couldn't help it. She was stuck in that courtroom. The room that held no air for her to keep. It was trying to suck the life out of her, because the public was telling the justice to sentence her to life in prison. Please put her in death row. That's where she belonged.
But, Lesley then decided to stare down at her blue crackled nail polish. Deep down, she knew that she would rather paint her nails and party rather than think about her daughter. She wanted everyone to believe that her daughter had drowned in an accidental death.
That's right, she had to let the world believe that she had gone inside for a little bit to cook herself a lovely macaroni salad with lots of broccoli, peppers, onions, celery and carrots. She loved the crunchy stuff. And it was taking her time to make it and also whip up a fake story about her daughter also being kidnapped by a fictional nanny.
And when she opened the screen door to go outside with a bloody mary drink in her hands, she quite calmly looked at her little girl floating face down in the middle of the teal blue water. Dead because Mommy pushed her in and knew she couldn't swim. And then, Lesley gathered a blanket and a trash bag and brought her to the car trunk.
She was singing, "Bye, bye, miss american pie......." A smile twisted across her face and she was thankful that she no longer had to feed the brat.
And as she sat in the hot seat in court, she silently was remembering back to the day she sent her little girl to heaven. Too bad that it was going to come back and bite her in the ass.

Who knows, this could be a future longer story that I might write. My view into the mind of Casey Anthony and the little girl she kills (Melanie).
